Abilities....several have turned red

For some reason my attack abilities have become red after working OK for some time. I am at the beginning of Act II. Any idea what I’ve done?

Need more information like what skills, have you recently changed equipment, etc. However, two big causes are usually a) Broken weapon (needs repaired), or you changed equipment that gave you +to skills for an ability you didn’t have any hard skill points in. A third cause could be as well, that you changed charms or other equipment that gave you attribute points (like strength/dex) and you no longer meet the attribute requirement for your weapon.

A simple one that catches people is “w” for switch weapon.

You may have been wearing gear that granted +1 to an ability or something. And when you took it off, you didn’t have any other points in that ability so it went to 0, thus being unable to use the ability.

Yep, that too. Especially if abilities were not mapped to the weapon swap.
