A2 Merc, ETH Andariel's, what to socket?

As the title says, I have an ethereal andariel’s with socket for my act 2 merc. He’s using a ethereal reaper’s toll and an ethereal sacred armor fortitude. Level 87 at present. What should I put in the socket, and why?

Ral for starts. Look for a 30 fire resist/15 IAS jewel.

Thanks. I have about 6 Rals in my stash, but no jewels. So, I guess I’ll use that until I get one with +30FR/15IAS.
