Rework or no reword. It won’t change anything about a “lasting D2R”.
Would be cool if they did, it will have ZERO affect on the population.
Why do you give up so much power to others to allow them to influence your feelings like this? Don’t let people live rent free in your mind.

I agree to an extent that a synergy rework would not make the game last another 20 years but that’s because others systems of the game a tired to the bone
But it would surely give a solid breath of fresh air and improve the system immensely which would make the game last longer than with the current system
The lasting of the game really passes through new activities
