So apparently when trying to join a game and it is full you can no longer join any other games for 30-45 seconds as it says you’re not connected to the internet… Anyone else having this problem? It is rather annoying when trying to do pub games.

It has happened to me every day since day 1. I get the network connection issue every time I try to join another game too fast.
According to ppl, it’s an internal CD on creating/joining games. It’s probably the reason the servers have been so stable for me today.
CommandoCat is correct I think. After 4 days of global server crashes they seem to have tried limiting game creation a bit.
I see most folks saying it is around 60 seconds. You ARE connected, no worries on that.
If they keep this, it would be great if they update the message to something indicating there is a timer for game creation “you must wait X second to create a game”. Something like that.
I am just glad they did not use the old D2 (2000) solution which was to suspend players for making games too fast!

It’s been that way since day 1. It also happens when trying to create a game that’s already been made with that name. You can’t make another for at least 20-30 seconds. I made literally 30 1 minute pindle run games last night all with unique names and never once was put on a wait to create timer. As soon as I made a common name such as act1 it said that game name was already in use , tried creating a new game with a unique name such as eieifheo1 it said I wasn’t connected to servers and that I should check my internet connection. I believe this is a bug , why it hasn’t been fixed or information on why we are seeing it is kind of unacceptable since it’s been happening since launch.
I’m not trying to create games, i’m just trying to join games already made.

Same thing, they ninja nerfed it. If you try to connect to a game that doesn’t exist, you are also hit with the 1 minute timer (e.g. if you try too fast to enter baal run before it’s created)

happens when i try to make a game name that already exists. i didn’t know about the cool down time, though. i would restart the entire game and battlenet
