These runewords make 0 sense. Bulwark is the only useful item and only if you are on hardcore and actually worried about dying. Waste of programming. There is no justification for this trash being added.
Theyāre really good for what they cost. You will 100% be making these in hardcore and softcore because nobody cares about shael and io and it makes an insane temp helm until you find a kiras, a good circlet, or shako. Theyāre just extremely efficient - too efficient.
Because thatās the bare minimum that the devs need to do to make an āupdateā pass off as an update
Riot games makes updates to their items, classes, etc, every 2 weeks. This new Blizzard 2.0 canāt even do that every 4 months
There are better helms that you can purchase right away for just the Shael alone.
I was thinking the Temper for the A2 merc when farming Travincial with the Councilās hydras (those usually kill my merc)
Yeah, thatād be a good special case scenario.
Itād kind of weird how hydras are death for mercs, meanwhile your character with same resists and less life can stand in the middle of several hydras and they barely tickle you.

Pezās post on Twitter linked 4 content creators. Luckyluciano, Dbrunski, and something Kano are the other 3. Iām assuming 8 runewords total between the 4 (1 each for the next batch), then maybe 1-2 that wonāt be revealed until ptr notes.
With that said, the RWs look alright, especially Bulwark, but really to be honest, itās just more diluting of the actual loot pool and their values. Pretty much RWs in D2 have slowly been overtaking itemization since 1.10, similar to Sets in D3.
With that said, if one of the new runewords was a budget teleport item, Iād play S3 with no issue. As it stands now, I canāt be bothered to roll another Sorc at a new season start just to farm gear for another class Iād rather play. I didnāt roll Sorc first in the prior two seasons, and relied too much on trading as a consequence.
If there are some decent bugfixes, some updates to TZ spawns, S1 Ladder Only moves to NL, and some additional core qol, Iāll probably play some non-ladder once season switches over, unless something else releases around then that Iāve been waiting for.

these helmet are not expensive sure is more option but not very usefull for class
1- 1 to 60 is make in 1 day mean a level 35 helmet not that usefull in a season ,
2-- sunder charm is level 75 mean these low level nightmare helmet dont help that much class build , these helmet are more for merc
personaly is not what the game need , is not bad and is one more option but not that usefull , still a failure no end game runeword that is game changer for poor melee , a other hit in the water from the dev
100% agree with that, again trash runewords that make no change at all, i hope thereās more end game runewords, for what i know thereās 4 or 5 streamers that will reveal runewords, we all hoping that they are diferent, probably for each slot of equipment?

All these helmets are surpassed in a day on reset. Not a good addition. I hope whatever is next is better.
I wasnāt originally going to play S2, but I wanted to give Sunder Charms an honest go, as well as build a few other builds that were buffed in 2.4 (Summon Druid, Throw Barb, and the mid-season WW change). What I pretty much found was that I didnāt enjoy them; WW was great until zones filled with undead I couldnāt leech mana from, Summon Druid horribly slow in Hell unless you had massive +skills equipment, and most elemental builds I just didnāt enjoy that were not a Lightning or Frozen Orb Sorc. The new physical Bowazon of D2R is about the best change Iāve experienced, and the one I had the most fun with.
Pretty much for me, in 20+ years, the builds I enjoy playing the most are Frozen Orb, Zeal/Fana, Double Swing, Strafe/Multishot, the old GA Zon pre-1.10, and Summon Necro. While Iām grateful for D2R, and had a blast the first year of it, I highly doubt Iād play another season without either personal loot or a budget teleport method (not charges). Too many other things now coming down the pipeline with D4, FF16, FF7R-2, rumored MGS remake, rumored FF9 Remake, and some remasters Iām interested in.
Garbage runewords to offset sunder charm nerfs. But sunder charms are lvl75 and these rune words are lvl 35 so why are you using them? The devs were like ālets make some new runewords and stuff, hey intern make stuff!ā
Iām going to save my sheal runes and not run NM countess 25 times just to get an io rune on my season3 playthrough. FAIL.
