Honestly, it’s because of D2JSP not giving accurate value to items, and also because people take D2JSP as the ultimate determining factor of an item’s value.
If you take the chances of making it yourself, based on the odds it would cost 3x the runes to make CTA (to get 5 or better), which in total value would be far more than Lo, Ohm, Mal and Um.
Who even looks at that trash site anymore?
There’s tons of trade discords. Forums. Other things that aren’t p2w like d2jsp is.

What’s wrong with thinking that way? It makes sense and is logical.
Because if you set prices proportionate to the chance of roll/drop of an item, certain items would be astronomically more expensive compared to it’s actual current market value.
Example: It’s 1/144 chance to roll 6/6/4 on a CTA, so the price would be 144 Ohm for perfection…

I agree because “market value” has many exceptions and really doesn’t make sense to apply to everything.
