4-socket Scepter

I just found

I looked at my level and I found a Runeword for level 23 Paladins. And I found: Eth Ral Ort Tal. I am currently on Act 2. Where the hell would I see 4-socket scepters? All the Scepters here are 3-sockets max.

Maybe I would find it on Act 3. Looks like it’s telling me that I should be on Act 3 at level 23. But I am still on Act 2. I feel like I am inferior gamer. ROFL.

I should be at Act 3 by now if I knew how Runewords work from the start.

apparently you need an ilvl 26+ scepter - idk what that refers to in terms of difficulty/zone.
*not all scepters can have more than 3 sockets.

google diablo wiki sockets to find the table.

i dont think you can even larzuk one as it will prob get 5 sockets and not 4.
