Just gonna let you know a 3so monarch is useless. The only reason people use monarchs is because it’s the lowest str shield that can 4so for non pally.
If you want to 3so there are much better bases.
If you dont need the shield just dont post. Ill probably figure it out on my own if no one posts. But here we are troll posting\bumping a “useless” trade post. Why you guys care is beyond me…

I thought Jon’s first reply was informative without being mean in any way. A 3os Monarch is not sought after at all and he was just letting you know. It’s the 4os Monarch that everyone wants.
