Wf has 1 variable stat: 6-8% mana stolen per hit and price is determined by this. You might want to list as well.
6% ml - 1-2 Ist
7% ml - Vex - Ohm
8% ml - Ohm - Lo

traded off my ist last night, but I do have a pul, and an instant socket you can have for a windforce. I will give you both the pul and the instant socket.
