Can u play with Hustle and the other new runewords from last patch on non-ladder multiplayer games?

I tried a Hustle armor a few minutes ago, and it didn’t work. I thought that runewords would migrate from ladder to non-ladder. Was it like this the previous seasons? Like, it’s not an immediate feature.
No new RWs from ladder for non ladder until they introduce new RWs to replace them in the new ladder season
short answer is no they dont work

This is a terrible decision with D4 coming in a month. Scratchy the werewolf will never get a Metamorphasis after all, despite having the runes in the helm. Terrible decision here devs.
