Not sure if this is mentioned in 2.4 patch note, but I had a pleasant surprise that now the poison creeper will reapply poison on targets that have been previously poisoned.
I was playing in Hell Act 2 in the tombs, and ran into a boss that was immune to physical and cold. My Act 3 fire merc could damage it but slower than it regened. I have Spirit sword on switch but my AR is too low. I then tried poison creeper just because I ran out of practical options, and it did exactly what I wanted it to do, and again, and again.
Now a druid has a viable skill to negate monster regen (as long as it’s not poison immune of course).
