Testing waters here. I have a +2 assassin circlet with 20% fast cast rate, it is a magic item. I believe you have a 50% chance at two sockets from Larzuk. Taking offers!
Problem is, a rare circlet could have +2 Assassin Skills, 20FCR and 2OS, along with other mods. Not sure what the value on this is going to be.
The magic circlet with value (for an Assassin) would be 3 Traps 20FCR and then the gamble using a socket quest at Larzuk to get 2OS. 3 Traps can’t spawn on a rare circlet.
