Sorc circlets are useless.
You need to beat flickering flame, nightwings, and griffons
And this does not beat a low griffs

I have a similar one (from the Black Friday sale) and I slapped it on my socket quest sorc to help her TP like crazy. 
Seems like with the above mentioned options and Shako’s, these 2/20 sorc helms don’t have much use.
