“I’m having trouble accessing the game: ‘You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements.’ I just played last on September 18, 2024. I need help.”
我新买的,9月20日买的,第一次玩也显示30天之内没有登陆 然后无法玩,太恶心人了
Hello! I also have this trouble, I don’t know how to fix it? Please help me!
Thanks
This is almost certainly caused by information that is stored locally on your system by either Battle.net Launcher or the game itself.
I say this because I have successfully logged on with a separate machine on a fresh install, but still get this bug on my actual computer. I even bought a 2nd copy to test and that still gets this bug on a FRESH account, so it’s not account based.
The problem is I have;
- Fresh installed both D2R and Battle.net
- Deleted my ‘Saved Game’ folder
- Deleted all Battle.net files in %Program Data% and %Localappdata%
- Deleted D2R in my registry
None of this works. So I have no idea where this information is stored.
Just bought the game yesterday. Have the same problem
Okay I have more news.
I copied the ‘Battle.net’ & ‘Blizzard Entertainment’ folders located in %Localappdata% and copied the ‘Battle.net’, ‘Battle.net_components’ & ‘Blizzard Entertainment’ from %ProgramData% from a 2nd computer that can run this game without the bug.
I then put these on an external hard drive and used them the over write those folders on my computer that keeps having this bug and it worked. I can now log in normally on both computers.
I know this is a long work around that isn’t helpful to most people but it means the source of the bug is somewhere in those files and somehow just deleting those folders isn’t enough, because I defintely deleted all those folders previously.
你解决了吗,如何解决的 ,请告知 谢谢了
This problem might be user profile related. Try this as a fast workaround:
a) create a new 2nd user account on your PC and log into it
b) start the Battle Net Launchen and log in
c) start D2R and quit it again after your online characters were shown
d) log back into your original user account and copy the folders
from your 2nd account.
There is no need to copy the %ProgramData% folder since he is not profile related.
resurrecting this problem… any solution?
have tried all suggested solutions here Connection Troubleshooting - Blizzard Support doesn’t work.
have tried creating 2nd account, doesn’t work.
it’s clearly a bug but looks like blizz support has no answer. i’ve logged into D2R last year, uninstalled, and recently reinstalled it. Then the bizzare “you have not been online in the last 30 days” (this part is true) followed by “please start the game while online…” this part have no idea what gives. i’m online and logged in.
any other ideas how to solve this?
Just brought the game at the beginning of the black friday sales. Same issue. First i thought my purchase is still pending, hence cant login, then waited until transaction is processed, still cant login. after that, tried reinstall the games, reinstalled battle.net, reset the network, reset the router, reinstall under a different login of windows, remove parental control. Still no luck.
Are there any actual developers of the game here can help? apparently the Blizzard CS are absolutely clueless, just telling me to start the game with internet connection and and other CS told me to remove parental control…
@foxx
R.U. by chance the same “foxx” from classic Fallout community?
anyways guys… chances might be that somewhere along the line either your ISP or Country did block or was blocked form reaching the D2R authentication servers…
have a look at technial troubleshoot section on this forum… especially at the post in the below link… just copy& paste it. unfortuneatly my forum trust level got reverted to “level 2”, and i can’t post links, so the only way to do this is via tilde key quote
anyways here’s the link to the post explaining how to “go around” the problem:
https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/d2r/t/potential-fix-for-you-have-not-been-online-in-the-last-30-days-please-start-the-blablalbalba/166596
well, I’m foxx everywhere and I do have Fallout, but not active in forums so I doubt it’s the same person you have in mind =) i also not sure which classic fallout community referred here.
Anyhoo… the solution in the above link worked for me! thanks much! Blizz CS keep repeating the non-solutions and their ~3rd response was point me and outsource their job to this forum, then closed and marked the ticket as “resolved”. amazing.
If you’re not Foxx the famous russian modder known on practically all the classic fallout forums worldwide than i’m sorry to say this but you’re an “impostor”
Anyways I’m glad the fix worked 4U.
Don’t mind the losers working in blizz support, they mostly are rainbow activists that were in @ss and know sh1t.
