According to the pinned thread from the admins, it says that even if I’m getting the error that says my pass may be linked, the emails may not match, or the ticket does not exist (which I am), if I can make a new topic here or reply to topics (which obviously I can), then my pass is linked. However, I bought a few passes for my friends. I successfully transferred one to one friend before ever touching the Link Pass option and now I have two left, one for me and one for another friend. However, I am unsure which of the two passes actually linked as I tried them both and got the error message for both.
My friend who I transferred the pass to is also having trouble linking his as well, but with a completely different error saying his serial number does not exist even though he copy-pasted it directly from his transferred ticket.
Is this just an error on Tixr’s end?
Try using the original serial number from the Pass before you transferred it.
Edit: We tried the old 5 digit serial number from before the transfer and that didn’t work either.
Did you receive an email confirmation with your original purchase that included the ticket information?
Yes, that worked for my friend. It’s still not working for me though and I don’t know which of my two tickets is linked because I need to still transfer over the other one to my friend.
I’m having the same issue, I linked successfully when I first got it, transferred my 2nd ticket to my wife, she linked hers, and then now my account doesn’t show it is no longer linked and the code will keep saying: Failed to link ticket. The ticket may already be linked, the email does not match, or the ticket does not exist.
If you both have linked tickets I would imagine that it would not matter which of the two tickets is transferred to your friend.
Same issue here, linked one, transferred another, now the person I transferred to cannot link to their account. I do not want to try to link with the old code, because that code should not work, it was transferred to another person and it may cause issues in the future.
Why are these things not tested beforehand ?
Same issue here. Purchased 3 tickets (one for myself, one for a friend and one for wife) friend had to use the old serial to get his ticket to link to his bnet, but wife’s ticket does not want to link to her account.
Took me about a day, but finally got my pass linked! The system was probably overloaded yesterday.
Yes im still having issues my self
So is the forum the only way to know if we have a link or not? No other method on our account to see this info?
What does it mean by “ If I can make a new topic here or reply to topics”?
Are they saying that if I am able to use the forms then my passes are corrected linked even though I get an error?
Yes, that’s exactly what that means. The forums are exclusive to those with passes.

It’s still not working for me.
just got my wifes ticket linked to her account, i had to pull the receipt from my order before i transferred it and get the original serial number and it worked right away don’t know if other people are still having troubles with it or not
yeah getting it linked for people you transfer the ticket to is fairly straightforward but I can’t get my own ticket to work.
The person who I transferred a ticket to is not able to link their own bnet to the ticket serial number on their tixr account.
+1 transferred one to my partner and neither the original serial nor new serial are working. Looks like something about the lookup after transferring is broken right now?
Hey everyone! Thanks to a Blizzard Gamemaster I was able to get my ticket linked. Apparently, the Pass Linking site doesn’t play well with Opera GX (or probably other chromium-based browsers). Once I switched to Firefox, I was able to use the 5 digit serial number and link my pass no problem.
My friend initially struggled getting his pass linked once he received the transferred ticket, but once I gave him the original 32 digit serial number from the original purchase of the ticket before the transfer, he got his linked as well.
