Did the online Blink order around 11am and chose the 2pm pick up time. Got an email my order was ready at 1:45pm. Went to the pick up area and waited in line for an hour until I finally got to the front where the person asked for my order number. For some reason, he did not say to wait a bit or move to side, he just called another customer which was weird.
I then waited for an additional 15 minutes next to the employee, periodically checking in with him. Apparently my order couldn’t be found? I don’t know cuz the person at the register didn’t communicate. Just kept calling customers and then going back to the ppl prepping the orders. After another 15 minutes went by and other customers being helped, my order was finally brought to me by another person from another register. You would think they would have a better system to find these orders or have them ready if the initial order email is sent.
