I just got home and finally got time to go through all ofmy Blizzcon loot. It was a great time and had so so much fun. When I opened up my Emrrrgl Funko I couldn’t find the code anywhere in the box. I was told by the cashier that the card with the code would be in the box. Checking my receipt, there isn’t anything pointing me to the code or how to get the in-game pet. Does anyone know if there is any way to get it at this point? Or am I out of luck?
The cashier is supposed to give you a code card when you checkout. It’s not in the box. I didn’t know this either but I bought mine on Friday and went back to the store on Saturday and they corrected the issue at checkout. They initial the receipt and give you a business card with the code.
I don’t know what you can do about it now except submit a support ticket with a photo of your receipt and hope for the best.
