I decided to purchase the BlizzCon bundle and I have yet to receive some of the in-game rewards for Overwatch. I’m missing the Sigma skin and the Murky weapon charm. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I’m having the same issue for all of them except Warcraft. I received everything on the day of the purchase for those items. I haven’t gotten any of the D4 items but in researching it, found a tagline saying they’re not going to be available until Oct. 31st. I haven’t gotten any of the Overwatch items and haven’t found anything giving a release date like D4. I’m also missing the 5 Gold packs from Hearthstone.

Well I opened up a ticket and they responded fairly quick. They requested screenshots of my Sigma skin and weapon charms collections. I’ll update you with whatever customer support says to me next.
And yeah I read the fine print in the store carefully and it doesn’t say anything about the Sigma skin or Murky weapon charm being available at a later date. They should be visible in-game right now by the looks of it.

Having the same issue! I got the BattlePass, but no Sigma Skin or Murloc charm.

Blizzard support responded to my ticket and they say they have “refreshed” my account in an attempt to fix the problem, and it may take up to 24 hours for the skin and weapon charm to appear in-game. Fingers crossed that solves the issue.
I also suggest opening up a ticket for those still missing the Overwatch Blizzcon cosmetics. They asked me for screenshots so be sure to upload photos of your Sigma skins and weapon charm collection as well.
Update: Customer support has said this on Twitter/X. Hopefully it will be resolved sooner rather than later because I do really want that Murky charm 
I found a support article that displays the exact dates for when the in-game rewards will show up. The Sigma skin & Murloc charm should 100% be available right now. This page may come in use for others.

My response from Support was that they will be available closer to Blizzcon. I ask them to pass along the article that was linked to be updated to the correct information. Article still says Oct.6.

Same issue here. The GM who replied to my ticket didn’t know what is going on. Glad I found this thread!
They just updated this support page stating the Sigma skin + Murky charm will arrive on Nov 3rd. Just a couple more weeks to go
…makes me think that maybe Drowned Warrior Sigma is a hint for the next OW update yet to be announced at BlizzCon
