I am writing since I participated in BlizzCon and unfortunately I never received the virtual goodies from the BlizzCon®
I would like to know how you could solve this problem, I have my badge and my bracelet and my email.
I Already sumbit a ticket but i need to know other ways to solve this.

I am here looking for the same answer for my partner and I. I receive the other emails selling items, but not one explaining how to collect the virtual goodies. Yes, we attended (aka spent 2 days in line to spend more money at) Blizzcon and have the badges etc.
Plus one. I ended up purchasing on AXS. Do we need to ticket in?
I responded to a couple different threads but final update from me. I reached out to blizzcon@blizzard.com at the advice of AXS and BlizzCon employees at the convention. I was asked to provide my order number and email that I placed the order under.
I received a response today. They thanked me for my patience and provided me with my codes. I’m glad I was able to get the situation dealt with but it’s unfortunate I had to reach out through so many different outlets to find the solution. My hope is a blue post is made so direction can be given to those that find themselves lost in this same situation.
