My daughter lost her wristband. Do you need it to enter blizzcon? Can it be replaced?
She still has her badge.

Talk to customer service and yes its needed.

The guy who helped me get registered said “don’t take this off, your wristband is the most important thing.”
So yeah, very important.

At security check just before to the left is resolution desk. Go there for lost wrist band issue.
Thank you. Had to go to registration again. They were able to help there. Deactivated lost wristband and gave me another.

the technology exists for QR code readers.
the technology exsts for long lasting temporary tattoos.
the technology exists for a stencil to be printed and applied within a minute of the code unique to your badge to be printed, inked to your wrist; sealed and “proof” for up to 3 weeks, allowably to be scanned and read under multiple lighting conditions.
but, that might not be acceptable for management.
