Cannot post in General Discussion

I am having an issue where i cant create any posts because it is not recognizing my blizzcon pass

i get this error:
An error occurred: You are not permitted to view the requested resource.
when trying to post in general.

Hey Coastal,

Can you try linking your Pass again on the BlizzCon website? Once you do that, log out of the forums and log in again after a few minutes. Relogging will pull your updated permissions for the forums and that should allow you to post in the General Discussion category.

I did. it said already linked

It shows on Tixr and gives me the option to resale.

As a note, I have two tickets one for me and one for my son. and both should be linked to our accounts. i have the email confirmations that they were added.

Sorry, I’m just confirming the steps you took – Were you able to unlink it and link it again?

I am seeing that there was a link attempt on the 25th. Our engineers made some updates on the 28th to help with some of the errors people were running into. So I’d like to be see if unlinking your Pass and linking it again puts you in the intended state.
