Can merch bought at BlizzCon be shipped?

Haven’t been to Blizzcon before, and thinking I might buy some merch while I’m there. It sounds like there’ll be some exclusive Blizzcon merch for sale as well. But I am concerned about having to lug souvenirs, or maybe something large onto a plane for a cross-country flight.

Anyone know from previous events if they’ll let you buy things to be shipped? It would be to an east coast US address.

In mariott and Hilton right there is FedEx shipping for sure and I think UPS as well.

If you buy it online during the pre-sale, usually you can either ship to home or pick up at the convention.

Usually the only items you can buy at the convention itself that have shipping options are generally the very oversized items, such as the large statues.

However, there IS a Fed-Ex within the Marriott if you do need to ship items home.

Depends where you’re shipping though, trying to ship out items to the UK they were gonna charge us $500-1000 for what really wasn’t that much. We ended up just getting it boxed and charging it as extra luggage on the flight.

This is true too. For some, it costs just as much or less expensive just to take it as checked luggage if your able to. If another suitcase is needed, there’s a Target several blocks down the road.
Personally, I’m planning on having my clothes in a small suitcase and have that inside a larger suitcase, as I typically use Southwest with the two bags per passenger. And if I need to, I’ll get a second suitcase while I’m down there.

The pre-sale for Blizzcon merch is up. Expect it to be updated over time, but it’s a good way to pick up the items that you want to ship home. I expect the Blink ordering to go online between now and the convnetion.

My suggestions:

Use this opportunity for larger or heavy items you don’t want to take up luggage space. Statues, plushies, pillows, backpacks/sling bags, sweaters, or fragile items, desk mat.

For the Blink sale:
T-shirts, hats, pins, badges, slingbags/backpacks, and smaller items. The pins and badges can be used for trading, and most everything else is wearable.

These are just suggestions to cut down on luggage space for those of us who are flying. For those who are making the cross-country trek, you can do it either way.

I also placed backpacks/sling bags in both, but will of course depend on what backpack or bag you plan on using during the convention and trip.
