This is rediculous, I went to blizzcon a decade ago and ha an app I could download planned all my events and knew when to pickup badges month before the event. I have everything lined up and a couple weeks from the event have no idea what to do or when to be there.
The schedule was posted a little earlier, so you can still get things lined up before the event.
