BlizzCon tickets go on sale Saturday, July 8 and Saturday, July 22 at 10:00 AM PDT. Plan ahead of time by making sure you’re ready to go with the following tips and tricks.
- Make sure the AXS app is up to date. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. While the app isn’t necessary to purchase tickets, it will be needed to pick up your BlizzCon tickets. Additional details can be found on the In-Person page.
-
Create an AXS account prior to tickets going on sale.
- Make sure your email address for AXS is verified and password is current, especially if you haven’t logged into the AXS app or site for awhile.
- You may wish to contact your financial institution to advise them of a large purchase. Some banks or credit card companies may think it’s possible fraud and block the transaction as a safety precaution.
- Tickets go on sale here at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
Payment Troubleshooting Tips
If you’re having trouble purchasing tickets the following steps can help:
- Clear browser cache and cookies.
- Try a different browser/private browser window.
- Try to login on a different network if possible.
- Try from a different PC or mobile device.
Good luck and we hope to see you at the Con!

Do you have to link your Battle.net? How do you even do that? Never saw an option
When I tried to add a payment method it said I needed to purchase tickets first. I imagine they’ll let me do that at checkout.
That option was removed this year, NoLuck.
Yes, you will get the option to add your payment method at the time of checkout.

I can’t even get a successful login to AXS on any of my browsers. I go through the process and half the time it doesn’t even let me do the phone-based TFA. Even when it does successfully complete the login process, the successive page doesn’t admit I’ve logged in with the same account I used in previous years.
Try clearing your cookies/cache in your browser, a private browser window, or even a mobile device not connected to WiFi.
my portal pass ticket says its only for friday?? do i need to wait for the second round of ticket sales to get the one for sat, or did i have to choose days i wanted to attend? i rushed through it bc i didnt know i had 7 min or so to put in my payment details…?
The ticket is for the full event, but the convention starts on Friday. We’ll see if we can update the text on the ticket to be a little more specific.
