I Purchased a BlizzCon Pass from StubHub that was resold I’ve received a pdf ticket that StubHub claims will allow me access to the event however the official blizzard Chanels have stated in order to gain entry the ticket needs to be linked to a Tixr account in my name and that a state id needs to be provided. Stubhub did not transfer me access to the tickets through Tixr only providing the PDF tickets and claiming that those will work in place of the ticket that would have been on my Tixr app. My question then is will I be allowed to attend Blizzcon by showing the pdf ticket provided to me by StubHub or will I need the pass on the Tixr app
We’re not able to guarantee any tickets purchased outside of Tixr and Tixr’s resale marketplace.
Tixr is our ticketing partner for the event and using the Tixr marketplace ensures that Passes are properly removed from a seller and transferred to the buyer and that the name on the BlizzCon Pass gets properly updated.
But if the ticket is not in my name due to the improper ticket transfer will I be denied entry because the name on the ticket does not match my government issued id?
