I get the error “Ticket with serial number ________ was not found. Please verify the serial number and try again.” I am the original purchaser. I have tried safari and edge browsers. I used the same email for my battle.net and tixr account. Standard pass.
Hey WildRage,
When you attempt to link the Pass, are you manually typing in your email address or using auto-fill to complete the form?
Manually. I just tried it again and it just returns the same error.
I have been trying since I purchased my pass. I have used edge and chrome both in private windows. Manually entering my email address and serial number (both the long one and the 5 digit) neither work. The instructions say “The Serial ID will either be a 32-character or 5-character value”, mine is 35 characters.
I believe 35 is correct. We have instructions for locating the serial number lower on the page, and it correctly calls out that you’re looking for a 35-character one. I’m working with the website team to get this conflicting number updated
The 5-character one should work just as well though!
We’ll keep digging into this. Appreciate the additional reports!
Unfortunately that one doesn’t work for me either.
I appreciate the response though.
Understood, thanks for confirming ![]()
We’ve also learned that the email address field is case sensitive and needs to match your Tixr email format exactly. (ex: myEmail, MyEmail would fail if your Tixr email was formatted as myemail)
We’re working with the website team to see if this can be changed, but for now an additional piece of troubleshooting would be to check and make sure the formatting matches. ![]()
This was it. I had one single uppercase letter in my Tixr account (annoying).
Finally linked. Didn’t have to do anything different.
Thank you both for confirming ![]()
