Howdy! This is my first time going to BlizzCon and I’m very excited! I saw that there was a merch pick up on the newly released floorplan, but it did not list any shops. Are all merch purchases done before the event online, or are there merch stalls in the convention?
If it’s like previous years you order via the app or at an order counter using the brochure they have available and collect using a QR code which send you to a counter to wait for your order to be called.
The merch is on display in cabinets around the hall and there’s an area to try on different sizes for the clothing merch, there weren’t any stalls but each stage kind of had a merch kiosk for like tournament merch and what not.

There’s several places for merch.
The main one is the Blizzcon Store, located in the lower level of the North Hall. In the past, we’ve been able to make purchases a bit before the convention online and through the app and pick up at the Blizzcon Store. you can also purchase convention exclusive items without having to pre-purchase them, although the pre-purchase will save time.
The Darkmoon Faire also has had several stalls set up in the past:
The Tinker’s Toybox which contained toys and plushes
Gatchapon Machines which you get convention exclusive velcro badges, and if your lucky, you can get extra gear. (I got a headset one year from this.)
The Pin Trader’s Emporium is also in the Darkmoon Faire. This is a one-stop shop for getting pins, as well as trading them.
In the past, Jinx has also had a small spot on the convention floor to purchase gear from. It’s hard to tell if this will occur again or not.
As a note: there is ALWAYS going to be a selection of gear that WILL NOT appear for sale until AFTER the Opening Ceremony. These items usually have artwork that will relate to any new announcements this year.

Also, anything that they list as “con exclusive” take that with a grain of salt. In the past “con exclusive” plushies have been put on sale on the merch site.
