Will those of us that never received our codes from AXS, receive them at all?
I ran into quite a few people at Blizzcon who shared my predicament, they never were sent their code. I’ve contacted AXS and haven’t received a response, and when I mentioned this to a Blizzard representative at the information desk he told me that I probably wouldn’t ever hear from AXS. I was told to contact Blizzard, which I have, and that they would try to resolve the issue. He stated that they had many, many con goers in the same situation. I’m going to let this play out for a bit, and I just wanted to get as many eyes on this issue as possible before it is forgotten.
