Everything about you guys is just sad. How can you literally not allow people to log into your stupid game. Literally just going in a circle never even giving me the 6 digit code. I don’t even k ow why I wasted my time putting this crap back on my computer. Yall suck and you clearly don’t care about your user experience at all.

If you’re stuck in a loop where Battle.net keeps asking for an authenticator code but never actually sends or generates one, that’s something Blizzard should investigate.
Can you provide a few more details?
- Are you using the Battle.net Mobile Authenticator?
- Is it asking for a code from the app, an email verification code, or an SMS code?
- Does the loop happen in the Battle.net desktop app, the website, or both?
- Do you receive any error messages?
The more specific information you can provide, the easier it will be for Blizzard to determine whether this is an account issue or a bug with the authentication process.
