You put my WOW1 in jail without clearly reason

My WOW1 account was permanently banned, so when I clicked on “Customer Support” on the Blizzard website, I saw “Customer Service cannot answer questions about specific penalties for Battle.net account” Then I don’t understand. My virtual assets has been permanently banned by you, and I can’t get answer from you. It’s feels like you’re going to put me in jail and van’t tell me what law I broke. Are you a dictator? If you tell me you hava your authority kinda I’ll say Bye too all your games.
I never be a slave!

Mariofree,

The email you recieve has a penalty category in it. As for specifics, Bliz won’t give those due to a potential compromise to their games’ integrity.

If you feel the action was in error, you can submit an appeal so that it can be reinvestigsted.

This is exactly what I said “You put my WOW1 in jail without clearly reason”.
In reality, I never used game hack, but I can’t prove it. However, you can, you have all the data, but you won’t. How rediculous is it?
I didn’t do something wrong, you start this.
Thanks addvice, if my appeal was success you think I’m enjoy this typing?

First, MVPs are not employees. I can’t see anything about your account.

So it sounds like that was the penalty category.

I explained why Bliz won’t give you more details in my previous reply.

Forgive me pls, I was lost
I did’n mean you, I mean the one who banned me.
thanks reply me
