I bought Black Ops Cold War on 3rd May I have the card and purchase evidence, twice since then I have been held up with the error message “You cant play Black ops Cold war yet.” Since Tuesday 22/06/21 I am locked out. If I start up Warzone and try to switch to Cold War it says I need to purchase it. I have checked my Battlenet account and there is no record of the purchase, I’ve tried doing all of the things i’ve read on other various forums to no avail. I have even re-installed windows but now cannot download Black ops because battlenet seems incapable of storing my purchase history. I have played the game since May 3rd up until 22/06, the latest battlenet update on 23/06/21 has screwed everything up. I have submitted 4 tickets so far 2 were merged and then marked as resolved, which is not the case, and the last two have gone without any response. The most upsetting thing is with all these game providers is they are unreachable, stupid support forms that require diagnostic files attaching, why do they have to make it so complicated ? It must be hard owning a company worth 20 billion dollars and not being able to afford a decent support team available on the phone maybe they can find it in the hearts to re-instate the game I paid for or return my 50.00 uk pounds
I have the exact same problem. Purchased the game twice, tried two different methods. Hasn’t worked. Support has not helped (or even bothered to read) the tickets I opened.
I have submitted screen shots, receipts, everything.
Only recourse now, is to take it to Social Media.

I got a response from them yesterday afternoon asking for my full name and a scan of my photo driving licence, they said I have purchased the game against another email, but they found the purchase information and were going to fix it. I’ve tried all three logins (including my sons) and none of them have the game showing except the option to buy. It gave me a ray of hope albeit temporarily. However despite their promise to fix it, 21 hours on I still have no download link , or update on my account to say that I actually bought the game. I am now via my credit card, pursuing them for fraud as they seem unable to respond and they have fraudulently taken my money and failed to provide continuous access to the game.
I am a new account.I bought CW(standard) this morning,and download it.
However i can not play the most parts of it,since it regards me as a free trail version.
But the order is clearly “COMPLETE”.
Blizzard doesn’t care, they got your money, that is all they care about.
