Xfinity user - cannot log into the BNet Desktop APP

After the most recent update of Desktop Agent, I cannot log into the BNet (and cannot launch game) using either Ethernet or Wi-Fi. The only work around is to use my phone’s hotspot.

I did some research and found many Xfinity/Comcast users had the same issue before and had to wait Blizzard to push a new update of BNET Agent. I have my own Router and own standalone modem (not Comcast’s gateway). Tried everything recommended from the Forum (flushing DNS, reinstall BNET Agent, reboot model and router) and none of worked. The only workable solution is either using VPN or using Hotspot.

Please have this issue fixed - pushing a new update of BNET Desktop agent.
