So, I thought this issue exclusive to Diablo 4 when I could no longer play past the trial, despite a few days ago having been playing a level 49 character; thus this issue must be recent. I noticed on my account Xbox Gamepass status showing inactive; however, I can still play other gamepass games, and payment isn’t due for another couple days. I have also checked the correct account is linked. I was going to unlink and relink it, however was warned of a 90 day cooldown to relink, thus making me miss the entire diablo season.
Not just D4. OW2 has the same type of issue and lost exp bonus and xgp exclusive skins in game.
Mine worked fine yesterday. Played d4 for hours without a single problem and now its saying that Im in a trial, so I double checked everything and it’s saying my game pass subscription is “inactive” on battle.net. however when I “manage” its active like always.
Same here, my Game Pass subscription refreshed like 2 days ago, but battle.net it shows “inactive”, ı can’t acces games it is a big problem waiting for a solution immediately.

I’m having the same issue. Can’t log into anything gamepass related on pc, but I can play just fine from my xbox.
Used other game pass games last night, (cod bo6) to confirm it wasn’t a gamepass issue.
I did go through the confirm steps, and unlinked and relinked my battle.net and xbox accounts. (the cooldown only applies if changing the account to a different one, it doesn’t trigger if you reconnect to the same account from what I’ve been told)

Yep. Same issue here.
Looks like it’s been a known issue for days, guess playing what we paid for already isn’t as important as trying to trick people into buying an expansion

Same problem. I bought a subscription hoping to play Diablo 4.
Same problem here. Also my battlenet won´t let me relink my battle.net and xbox accounts. Always tells me you need to confirm it, i do that - go back to the page and it tells me i still have to confirm the relink. And that just happens over and over
