My character died, I pressed release spirit which proceeded to bug my character and disconnect me. now everytime i try to log in i get insta disconnected and this problem error appears

If you have already done all that or if the troubleshooting does not resolve the issue… you should probably contact Support directly using the link provided in that Support article. Bear in mind that ticket waiting time is long at this time due to a high volume of tickets already submitted.
Finally, I would point out that World of Warcraft has its own forums and that you should be using those for anything related to that game… there are many categories available so that you can select one appropriate to the issue:
