Wow sod chronostasis preservation

So im out here casting frost nova,cone of cold,frost bolt, and ice lane. and fire still hasnt doused nor can i even kill the thing solo. by the time i cast frost bolt it heals 90% of its hp in 3-5secs… so is this not soloable? level 40 btw, which is sad
