After many, many, many long hours I have finally manage to released my new mobile talent calculator for iPhones and iPads (v17.0+) - (sorry no Android yet)
The WoW Talent Calculator is designed specifically for talent build experimentation on mobile devices. It is up to date with the latest live WoW patch, and includes a save feature for storing your hand crafted builds.
I am currently working on adding PvP talents, and have a list of ideas for new features over the next few months.
