Wow is not responding

Often at the begining of the blitz bg match i get this freeze error. I click wait for respond and the game unfreezes in like 8-10 seconds.

My pc is not new but it was always enough to play wow and this problem started to occur only in 4-5 months ago.

This, as stated happens only in bg blitz when both teams start to close up to each other, especially when i use abilities like glimpse or metamorphoses to jump in to enemy team…normally it never occurs again in the same match.

Drivers are up to date.

Any idead how can i find out what causes this problem and to fix it?
