You guys should have epic transmog for the whole raid do you know how long its going to take to get a nice looking transmog when your competing with all the other players not to mention all the time you lose for when you can’t make the raids i remember my time in classic didn’t get a single pants of might drop for my warrior until after i had completed tier 2 now times that by how many characters you have to compete with no thanks, i think earning transmogs even if you just in the raid to help and can’t get gear would at least give you something to work towards and help you find those tanks and healers that will want cool transmogs, everyone wants to look cooler faster. other then that i would probably just do personal loot creates a better experience for all, dkp systems ninja looting and all that crap is very daunting especially for the ogs who wanted an upgrade to the classic, as if its classic + which should be better in everyway, with more current systems less chance of toxicity and boring grinds i just want to look cool and hang out with my friends in game while pumping out huge amounts of damage. these reasons are going to lower your player count drastically as ive already done this so have most of the other players they will stick to retail mostly if its just doing the same old hoping for drops that never happen. its gonna take forever to look cool and everyone knows looking cooler makes you do more dps, and for that reason i’m out!
