with some process id
and memory id something

2 things…
First… this forum is for support on technical issues (installlation, crashes, disconnects, etc…) on the Battle.Net Desktop App – the Launcher. For issues with a specific game, you need to use the forums for that game. For WoW, that would be:
- https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/ for Americas and SEA, or
- https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/ for Europe.
Second… putting a screenshot in your post is a 2-step operation. First, you need to upload that screenshot to a website hosting pictures… imgur.com, imgbb.com, or others. Second, you need to put the link / URL provided by the website for your screenshot in your post. Unless you are Trust Level 3 (in which case you would likely know how to insert a screenshot in your post and wouldn’t be asking about it here), you need to also convert your link to preformatted text by:
- pasting the link in your post,
- highlighting the entire link, and
- clicking on the </> button at the top of the typing window.
Hopefully… that helps a little. There are general purpose support articles for WoW crashes but they are just that… general purpose. You need to contact someone that knows WoW and the various issues that are current. (and that’s not me 
)
