WoW: China (CN) Api always returns Forbidden

I am trying to get any information at all out of that China region API. I am using it as documented but every endpoint I tried always returns the HTTP status forbidden. Every other Region is working fine. Example:

https://gateway.battlenet.com.cn/data/wow/connected-realm/index?access_token=CN{{censored}}&namespace=dynamic-cn&locale=zh_CN

Am I doing something wrong or is that thing down?

I tried the “CN” too, only " WoW Token API" works, the others all returns forbidden.
