Launch Into field is missing from bnet login screen for Wow. The 20th Anniversary banner is also missing. This means I can no longer access classic hc game. The field that offers drop down list of Anniversary games in missing. I have uninstalled all versions of wow and bnet, cleared cache and reinstalled. I have raised several tickets and the replies send links to generic advice of how to login. I tried copying bnet files from another pc , with the missing anniversary details. But this does not work. The issue appears to be specific to my bnet acct.
