Worst Support I have ever encountered

I have been trying to get the authenticator removed on my other account for 3 days now. I’ve had no access to this account for awhile now. I’m still getting charged for it don’t worry about that. Every time you make a ticket, they ask you to remake the ticket with a new ticket ID and then puts you into this never ending loop of not doing the freaking job. They give you a pre generated response and tell you not to reply to the email. I removed my old phone number so that I could add the new one, but you can’t do that unless you can log into the account. Which again can’t be accomplished unless you remove the authenticator. So for all of you who encounter this bullcrap. I wish you the best of luck because it’s basically bricked an account that I have paid for multiple expansions and subscription for the past year. You can’t talk to an actual person because real customer service doesn’t exist for this company.
