Stuck Character service not resolving world server down issue for character that will not load , have tried multiple times and even waited for the Tuesday reset. Stuck Character service states :" Oops! It looks like something went wrong.
We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists." tried to submit a ticket no success

It looks like the original ticket was in regards to a character login issue with World of Warcraft. That was also 14 days ago.
The current reply is indeed for Diablo II: 2000. As it has been correctly referred to the correct forum. I am closing this post down as none of it was in regards to a technical issue with the Battle.net Desktop Application.
