I was able to logon with one character. Logged out and couldn’t get back in.
Deleted WTF and cache, was able to get back in but had the same issue when trying to switch character.
Loading bar gets to 75% then stops.

Exact same issue for me as well. One toon loads while other does not.
good luck playing its all laggin and it force logged me out
I have the same issue on one of my toons. Other toons on the same server do not have the problem.
I tried the solution above, it didn’t work for me.
