The sub account isn’t playing with my main account; it is my wife’s account. And the desktop freezes too. How to fix it? Please help.

Blizzard does not allow us to share Battlenet accounts. The exception is with one minor child you are the parent or legal guardian of. Even that is a bad idea though with all pets, mounts, achievements, etc being Bnet bound.
Your wife needs to be on her own Battlenet account.
That said, freezing games you would want Tech Support.
