I cannot find the download link for Diablo 2 Resurrected. I have followed the links from my account to the download page but Diablo 2 resurrected is not there. All the other games are shown but no D2R. What am I doing wrong??
You download D2R from the Blizzard Battlenet Launcher. Same with the other modern Blizzard games.
Download and install the Launcher App.
Then under All games go to the D2R tab and the button on the left should show Install as an option. Once done, it will change that button to Play.
Thank you for your prompt reply. I had trouble logging in yesterday and it was suggested to uninstall and then reinstall D2R. I did that and it shows installed on the game menu but there is no “play” button only a purchase button. I don’t think it is actually installed. I seem to be stuck …
That means your Launcher does not see a D2R license associated with the Battlenet account you are logged in with. Are you on the same Battlenet account you purchased D2R on? That is done by email/password and your license is tied to that. Log out of the launcher and be sure to log back into it on the Bnet account with the game.
That normally fixes it. Try that if you can, and if not, try clearning the bnet cache then rebooting, and restarting the launcher.
