What is this "Battle.net Agent went to sleep.."

I delete my pc, install windows 10 and windows 11, i change my dns, router settings, use vpn and still this error., HELP

Hey,

This error can be caused by a few things. Antivirus or firewall settings especially can cause this error. The other would have been a corrupted install with the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI).
If the issue continues after the two steps I linked above let’s get a support ticket with system files in to our technical reps so they can take a look.

I had the same issue and this worked for me - thank you so much, this was quite frustrating. To be specific, I had put some stuff to sleep in a 3rd party app for performance optimization, after further research I saw that Asus Framework was one of the items put to sleep - I reset my firewall to default settings then restarted my computer and everything worked perfectly.
