What a joke to call themselves a support team

I submitted a ticket to get support with an issue and the request is automatically rejected. When I click appeal and state my case, support clearly does not even read my comment and just keeps posting the same bs canned statements over and over. Now the ticket says maximum comments reached, open a new ticket. However, when I go to create a new ticket, it says maximum number of tickets reached and I cannot submit. The old ticket is marked resolved. This has been the most useless support experience in all my time gaming. 30 years of buying a playing games from blizzard and the one time I ask for help they can’t even be bothered so try. What a worthless company Blizzard has become. They would rather lose a customer who has spent literally thousands of dollars on their games over the years, than even lift a finger to help.
