I’m getting this error when I click update for both retail and classic. I clicked the hyperlink, I see the list of things to check I’ve done all of that. What else can i try? I’ve also been getting a similar error saying it had lost a connection.
“We’re having a problem transferring data. Check your internet connection and try again”
Error Code: BLZBNTAGT00001399
Any ideas?

Same here, tried on different internet connections. The update goes to queue but cannot start downloading.

Same here, same error. I was able to login earlier and play.
Same here. Suddenly not able to play. Did anyone get it fixed?
I fixed mine by opting out of battle net beta, restarting and then that worked for me. I think my standard version of Battle.net was un-updated, so I plan on not updating it for a while until this problem is fixed, as I think potentially updating it could cause a problem.
You could always just run the executable of the game you want to play, i.e. WoW or something. Just kinda sucks.
The same is true here. Abruptly unable to play. Has anyone managed to solve it?
