Website Armory Bug

Blizzard greetings.

For years I have been engaged in a constant struggle with incompetent GMs over a simple and plausible solution around my armory.

I am a player who collects Achievements and there is a huge numerical error in my character, on the website.
Whenever I send a ticket to GMs, I receive ready responses such as: “Change the interface settings to modify the numerical question” or “Activate and / or deactivate the option of the character’s display so that there is the correct accounting of the number” and, always I emphasize that it is not the solution of the case.
The difference of 4000 points from the game to the website is stark.
Suggest the report to be presented to the website’s DEVs so they can repair and the GMs themselves, promised this through false hopes in hotfixes and nothing.
I’ve been in this fight for about 3, 4 years and I never had a solution.
How can I have good gameplay if I am discriminated against that way, as a customer.
I would really like the DEVs on the Blizzard website to find out about my armory, make an in-depth report of my achievements and observe the real situation I try to argue.
I want an immediate solution and not an unfounded mess on the part of employees who do not know how to solve a simple problem like that.

I will be immensely grateful, if someone reads this ticket, and sensitizes me to my case and resolves it promptly.
